Meta quietly launches an AI fashion app called Style Sketch

The app connects to Instagram to build a virtual closet from photos you’ve already shared, or lets you add items manually by snapping a photo, recording a quick video, or uploading images from your camera roll.

Get smart on it

Meta has launched Style Sketch, an AI fashion app that helps users create outfit combinations from clothes they already own. The app connects to Instagram to build a virtual wardrobe from posted photos or allows manual additions through photos and videos, then suggests outfits displayed on a realistic model matched to the user's body shape and skin tone. The app is currently available only in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand on iOS and Android, with no announced plans for wider release. Style Sketch represents part of a broader Meta effort to release more apps quickly, enabled by AI-driven efficiencies, though similar wardrobe digitization tools already exist from other companies and platforms.
