OpenAI and ServiceNow expand AI partnership

OpenAI: OpenAI and ServiceNow expand partnership across enterprise workflows

OpenAI and ServiceNow expand their partnership to bring OpenAI models and agents into ServiceNow and ServiceNow workflows into ChatGPT and Codex.

Get smart on it

Two AI companies are expanding their partnership to integrate AI models and agents into business software used for application development, IT support, and security work. The integration allows employees to access AI tools directly within their existing business systems and through a chat interface, where they can investigate issues and take actions without switching between different applications. This partnership builds on a previous agreement and includes plans to add new capabilities across application development, cybersecurity, and voice-based interactions, with various features becoming available between late 2026 and mid-2027. The expansion reflects a broader trend of embedding AI into enterprise workflow software so businesses can use AI within the systems they already depend on.
