Frequently asked questions

What is Agent5?

A free page that shows you the latest AI news at a glance. Stories from technology news desks and the AI labs' own blogs, sorted into seven topics, with a short read in plain English on what happened and why it matters.

Is it free?

Yes. There is no paywall, no account and no reading limit.

Where does the news come from?

From a fixed list of sources: technology news desks that cover AI every day, and the blogs of the AI labs themselves. Every card names its source and links to the original article.

How often is it updated?

The sources are checked every hour, around the clock.

Which topics does it cover?

Seven: Models & Releases, Funding & Deals, Benchmarks, Agents & Products, Hardware & Compute, Policy & Drama, Robotics. You can filter the feed to the ones you follow.

Who writes the short reads?

An AI model writes them from the source article. They tell you quickly what happened and why it matters; they do not replace the original. If one looks wrong, the source link is right there, and you can write to hello@getagent5.com.

Is there an email?

Yes. One short email a day with the day's biggest AI stories. You sign up on the home page and confirm your address; every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything on Agent5 is open.

I used to make predictions here. Where did they go?

The prediction game is paused while we focus on the news. Your predictions are kept.

Who is behind it?

A solo, non-technical founder, building it in the open.
