Meta has quietly launched a "tamagotchi-style" pet game called Waddle World, which the company describes as a daily journal disguised as a pet game. Users can talk to virtual pixel creatures that chat back and create doodles, while also playing casual games like stacking groceries or word games. The app is currently free and available only to adults in the Philippines, though Meta has also launched an AI fashion app called Style Sketch in other Asian countries. It is unclear whether Meta plans to release these apps more widely, as the company has not publicly announced them or confirmed their future availability.
