An e-commerce AI startup has raised seed funding to create a unified artificial intelligence system that integrates multiple shopping tools into one platform. Rather than retailers implementing separate AI features like search tools, chatbots, and product description generators that operate independently, the startup's approach connects these capabilities so they can follow a customer's entire shopping journey from discovery through purchase. The startup reports it has already worked with more than 70 online retailers, with some customers seeing significant increases in conversion rates and order values. The funding will support the company's expansion globally and into other industries beyond e-commerce.
