An ambient intelligence startup has released its AI system out of beta testing on Apple devices with $26 million in new funding. The system is designed to act on tasks without being explicitly asked by learning from conversations on a user's devices and understanding how that person works. The AI can follow users across multiple Apple devices and work continuously on tasks, with future capability planned for AI agents to negotiate with each other during meetings between users. The funding will support development of a standalone wearable device that would give the system more context about users and their surroundings.
