Get smart on it

A customer learning software company has launched an AI product that identifies conflicts in product knowledge before information reaches customers. The problem it addresses is that companies often store product and customer knowledge across separate systems and teams, which can cause AI tools to give different answers to the same customer question from different sources. The new product connects to existing knowledge repositories like help centers and documentation, then uses AI agents to find disagreements between sources and apply business-set rules to determine which information is correct. The company argues that existing tools focus mainly on finding and retrieving information rather than resolving which sources are actually accurate, and that resolving these conflicts helps customers get better answers and use products more effectively.
