Regal Voice Inc. has released Goal Oriented Agents, a new feature for its enterprise voice AI platform that uses two AI models working together on customer calls. The system uses a smaller "actor" model to respond quickly to callers while a larger "director" model runs in the background to track whether the call's defined goals have been met and move the conversation to the next stage. This approach addresses a problem where traditional AI agents built on conditional logic ask callers to repeat information they already provided, whereas this design allows the agent to recognize when multiple goals are satisfied from a single response. The strongest use cases identified are complex intake and qualification calls such as insurance claims, enrollment, and mortgage applications.
