The free plan allows users to transcribe unlimited meetings with 30-day history access, along with mobile app and AI transcript query features, while paid plans start at $14 per month for additional features like unlimited history and full integrations. The company made this change because it previously had no free tier and saw significant user drop-off with limited trial periods, with the founder stating the free plan will serve as a marketing tool to attract more customers. Circleback has been profitable since raising $2.5 million in 2024 and currently operates as a small, profitable company competing against larger competitors in the meeting note-taker space.
