How Check Point accelerates vulnerability research with Daybreak

With OpenAI Daybreak, Check Point speeds up the research behind new security protections, enabling its analysts to turn vulnerability intelligence into customer defenses faster.

Get smart on it

A cybersecurity company is using OpenAI's Daybreak frontier AI models to speed up vulnerability research, reducing work that previously took hours down to minutes. Vulnerability research is the process of investigating newly discovered security gaps and translating those findings into protections that can be deployed to customers. The AI models can analyze vulnerabilities, reason through attack patterns, and identify security gaps in code and configurations, which helps defenders move faster from understanding a threat to developing defenses against it. The company is also exploring using these capabilities to develop more autonomous security systems that would monitor environments and recommend actions while keeping humans in control of consequential decisions.

Anthropic says one AI agent beats many subagents now that models can handle complexity alone

Anthropic says companies should evaluate whether they can consolidate sub-agents into a single agent that loads context on demand. In one architecture comparison, the single-agent setup ran about twice as fast. Anthropic has published a migration kit on GitHub to help teams make the transition.
