Cloudflare uses OpenAI Daybreak to investigate vulnerabilities and propose fixes for review. Its developers use Codex to build faster and improve code quality.
A technology company has integrated OpenAI's models into its security operations to investigate vulnerabilities in customer code and propose fixes. The service combines code analysis with live traffic data and security signals to help security teams prioritize which vulnerabilities to address first, while customers retain control over what changes to implement. This matters because security teams typically face overwhelming amounts of vulnerability data without sufficient resources to investigate all of it, and connecting code vulnerabilities to real-world production evidence helps teams focus their efforts more effectively. The integration also extends to the company's engineering teams, where developers use OpenAI's tools to increase productivity, allowing a small team to complete work in days that might otherwise require significantly more resources and time.
