OpenAI: OpenAI models are coming to Google Cloud
OpenAI and Google Cloud are bringing frontier models and Codex workflows to Gemini’s Model Garden, available through Google Cloud Marketplace.
OpenAI and Google Cloud are partnering to make OpenAI's frontier models and Codex agentic workflows available through Google Cloud's Model Garden, allowing customers to access these models within their existing work environment. The integration is designed to support enterprises in regulated industries by combining OpenAI's models with Google Cloud's data governance and access controls for handling sensitive data. Google Cloud customers will be able to purchase these OpenAI models through the cloud marketplace and can use existing Google Cloud spending commitments toward these purchases. General availability is planned in the coming weeks, though Microsoft remains OpenAI's primary cloud partner.
