Marble Cognition raises $3.75M for its AI agent workers that watch and learn how people work

Artificial intelligence agents have become two a penny in the enterprise today, but just because they’re rapidly being commoditized does not mean organizations know how best to use them. That’s the challenge a startup called Marble Cognition is trying to solve after raising $3.75 million in pre-seed funding to coincide with its launch today. Get smart on it

A startup has raised funding to deploy AI agents that learn how people work by monitoring their computer activity, then automate those same tasks. The company addresses a widespread problem: while AI agents are now common in enterprises, most organizations struggle to define exactly what work they should automate because business processes are scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and employee knowledge rather than documented procedures. The startup's system captures screenshots, clicks, and keystrokes to create structured maps of workflows that AI agents can then execute, while anonymizing data and allowing employees to review what gets collected. Early customers reportedly achieved significant efficiency gains, such as one financial services firm that reduced case-handling times by 90 percent while allowing staff to process 50 percent more claims without additional hiring.
