Crux Labs is an artificial intelligence platform that launched with over $6 million in funding to help enterprises improve how their AI agents behave by incorporating human expert judgment. Current monitoring systems for AI agents can only feasibly review a tiny sample of interactions, meaning most failures go unnoticed, but Crux uses its own agents to capture expert judgment and apply it across millions of interactions. The company addresses a key challenge in enterprise AI: bridging the gap between engineering teams that build AI agents and subject matter experts who understand what success should look like. The platform has gained traction among high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, cybersecurity, financial services, and other complex industries.
