Get smart on it

A professional services software company has integrated AI into its platform, which manages sales, project delivery, financial management and customer success operations. The company developed an AI system called Veda, which consists of specialized AI agents designed to automate administrative tasks, help identify business opportunities and provide recommendations within existing workflows. This matters because AI's ability to quickly process large amounts of information is disrupting the professional services industry, and this software aims to help services firms reduce costs and improve efficiency by automating routine operations while maintaining human oversight and control. The company acquired another AI-focused services platform to add context awareness to its system, allowing the AI to understand the full scope of projects by connecting structured data with the unstructured communications where delivery actually happens.
