The startup differentiates itself by recording its own conversational data rather than relying on web-scraped audio, and it uses specialized techniques to handle brand names and industry-specific terms without requiring extensive customization from clients. Despite progress in voice AI, enterprise customers still rely heavily on legacy phone systems because current voice AI technology has not yet matched their effectiveness, with interactions still feeling similar to automated systems rather than compelling experiences.
