Three major technology companies are going public with valuations that together will exceed $4 trillion, which according to a venture capital report will generate more value than all U.S. venture capital-backed exits since 2000. SpaceX has already completed its public offering at a $1.77 trillion valuation, while Anthropic and OpenAI are expected to follow. Companies are staying private longer than in the past, and the capital-intensive nature of AI training has driven inflated valuations and intense fundraising, pushing the scale of these public offerings beyond anything the industry has previously done.
