Anthropic’s annualized revenue surges to $65B

Anthropic, an AI model maker, has seen its annualized revenue surge to $65 billion as of late July, up from $47 billion just two months earlier. This represents an acceleration in growth that has captured investor attention more than its rival OpenAI's doubling of revenue to $40 billion. Anthropic's investors expect the company to finish 2026 with revenue between $100 billion and $120 billion, and the company is expected to go public as soon as this fall with a valuation of $2 trillion or more, which would make it the largest market debut on record.
