AI voice startup ElevenLabs doubles valuation to $22B

ElevenLabs, a voice AI startup founded in 2022, announced that its valuation has doubled to $22 billion through a $300 million tender offer allowing employees to sell vested equity shares to investors. The company previously held a valuation of $11 billion in February and $6.6 billion in September 2025. This transaction reflects a growing trend among fast-growing AI startups that offer employee liquidity as a retention tool to prevent staff departures to competitors.
