President Trump reportedly asked for Grok's opinion before invading Venezuela and capturing Nicolás Maduro.
According to Time magazine, President Trump spent hours talking to Musk's Grok AI chatbot during a secret meeting in December 2025, including asking how Venezuelans would respond to capturing their president. Trump apparently concluded that Grok was effective after these predictions proved accurate. The Pentagon has since confirmed using Grok for military operations, and the government has tasked Musk with helping determine how advanced technology should be used in military settings.
