OpenAI and Grab are launching a regional training program to help platform workers and merchants in Southeast Asia develop practical skills for using AI tools in their work and businesses. The program will reach 30,000 of Grab's driver, delivery, and merchant partners through in-person workshops over two years, starting in Singapore and expanding to other countries. This matters because many workers in the region already use or want to try AI tools like ChatGPT, but need guidance on practical applications for their specific business decisions and tasks.
